What Does Delayed Period Along With Lower Abdominal Cramps And Dizziness Indicate?
Hi 2 days ago I noticed pink discharge when I wiped at the bathroom, I have also been experiencing dull cramp pains in lower abdomen. 1 day ago I had dizzy spells and I did a pregnancy test there was a line but it disappeared I am due on my period in around 7 days. Can you help me ?

U can do the urine pregnancy test one more time for conformation .nothing to worry about it as sometimes delayed periods start with abdominal pain and then bleeding.if the pregnancy test is negative u can take some pain killers after consulting a doctor.if it is positive and you continue to get spotting u need to undergo scanning for the conformation of abortion.I hope I cleared ur query.
